Our Commitment

Beep Pro is a one-time $5 payment for lifetime access. We believe in the product and stand behind it. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

If you purchased Beep Pro and are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No hoops, no questions required.

How to Request a Refund

Simply email us at ronfix@gmail.com with:

The email address you used to purchase
Your order number (optional — found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email)
A brief note about what went wrong (optional, but helpful for us to improve)

We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, Beep Pro access on your account will be deactivated. You're always welcome to repurchase in the future.

Technical Issues

If you're experiencing a technical problem (Beep not loading, camera not working, etc.), please email us before requesting a refund — we're happy to help fix it. Reach us at ronfix@gmail.com.
